Robert Bloom
Robert Bloom, President of Business Development Solutions, Inc. is an experienced business marketing executive with significant sales, market, product, and business development accomplishments.

Bob is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from Rutgers College.

For over 20 years, Bob was employed by Dun's Marketing Services, a company of the Dun and Bradstreet Corporation, where he served as Regional Sales Vice President and Vice President of Market Development.

Throughout his career with Dun & Bradstreet, Bob was instrumental in building a small unit into a $100 million division. Bob has assisted many companies in building target account marketing programs and their accompanying databases.

Steven Kahn
Steven Kahn, Director of Operations for BDS, has developed systematic prospecting programs that are fully integrated with sales and marketing databases to enable companies that focus on the business-to-business market to increase sales.

Steven has a law degree from The Rutgers School of Law and has a dual undergraduate degree in accounting from The Rutgers School of Business and Rutgers College. Prior to joining BDS, Steven was engaged in the practice of law for a private law firm and was a law clerk in The Superior Court of New Jersey.

Steve LoCastro

Steve LoCastro, Manager of Software Development, is an experienced manager and software developer of business applications.

Steve has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Rowan University where he graduated cum laude. Prior to joining BDS, Steve was involved in developing online registration systems and data visualizations.
